Partnerships

Eastern County Journal considers collaborations that serve readers interested in counties, place names, geography and local records. Partnership work is kept distinct from independent editorial coverage and labelled where readers encounter it.

Possible collaborations

We consider clearly scoped educational features, themed reading collections, event or project acknowledgements, and relevant partner placements. A proposal should explain the subject, intended audience, proposed format, timing and any financial or material support involved. We do not infer an existing relationship from a topic or an organisation's interest.

Labelling and editorial separation

Paid or partner-supported content is identified as partner material, and partner placements are labelled. Labels appear clearly beside the relevant item rather than being left for readers to infer. Partners cannot purchase an independent review, a particular editorial conclusion or control over unrelated coverage.

How to propose

Send a concise proposal through the Contact page, selecting the partnership option. Include the proposed contribution, the relationship involved and the outcome you have in mind. We assess each proposal for relevance and clarity; sending one does not guarantee acceptance.
